Terms & Conditions

By voting or participating in NexGen Superstar, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Parent data privacy. Mobile numbers and voting details collected during OTP verification are used only for vote authentication and contest operations. We do not sell, share, or misuse parent personal data for unrelated purposes.
  2. One fair vote process. Votes are verified through OTP. Fake, automated, or fraudulent voting may be cancelled by the organisers without notice.
  3. 1st Winner selection. The contestant with the highest valid votes in an episode will be declared the 1st Winner of that episode.
  4. Voting window. Voting for each episode will close exactly on Friday at 11:30 AM. After 11:30 AM, the voting option will be closed and parents cannot cast any further votes.
  5. Last-moment votes are valid. If a contestant’s vote count changes at the final moment before closing (for example, Kid A has 500 votes and Kid B suddenly reaches 600), that final count is fully valid and will be counted. No changes, reversals, or adjustments will be made to such last-moment valid votes.
  6. Results finality. Final standings and winners published by NexGen Superstar after voting closes are final, subject to fraud checks and organiser review.
  7. Video review & posting. Videos received from parents will be strictly reviewed by the internal team. Based on category and performance, the video will be posted.
  8. Participation content. Videos and participant details may be shown on this website, social media, and related My School Admission channels for the contest and promotion.
  9. Organiser rights. The organisers reserve the right to update rules, disqualify invalid entries, or withhold awards in case of misuse, technical issues, or policy violations.
